The management team at KIKA is a group comprised of business, technology, and healthcare professionals focused on leading the company, assuring the best customer experience, and delivering the highest quality products and services.

Linda Beneze

Chief Executive Officer
Linda has more than 25 years of experience in the clinical healthcare and research community. She last served as Vice President of Sales and Client Services at PHT, the leader in Patient Reported Outcome Solutions. She also had responsibility for Marketing and Production Services at different times in her tenure with PHT. Prior to joining PHT, Ms. Beneze was Executive Director of Channel Management with Phase Forward, where she was responsible for CRO and SMO partnerships and management of the West Coast Sales team. At one point, she was responsible for 35% of the company’s sales.

Prior to working in the EDC space, Ms. Beneze was Director of Sales with Bard Vascular Systems, a division of C.R. Bard, Inc. As a member of the Bard Management Board, she was responsible for all sales and marketing communications for this $70-million division. Ms. Beneze spent 15 years in the medical device and critical care hardware arena at several divisions of C.R. Bard, in senior sales and marketing management positions. Throughout her career, Ms. Beneze has earned numerous Sales and Marketing Achievement awards. Ms. Beneze holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park

Bryan Allman, PhD

VP Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
Bryan Allman has over twenty years experience with the regulation of medical devices and diagnostics. He has lived and worked in France, Germany, Italy, and the US, as well as working on several significant projects in Japan. At Abbott Diagnostics, he was Director of European Area Quality & Regulatory. At Boston Scientific, he was European Vice President Quality Assurance, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs.

Dr. Allman is an expert in the European medical device regulations and has represented European industry on the Steering Committee, and in the Study Groups, of the Global Harmonization Task Force (GHTF).

Dr. Allman trained as a clinical biochemist in the UK and worked for seven years in National Health Service (NHS) laboratories before moving to industry. He now combines academic work with an independent consulting practice.

Uwe Gladbach

Vice President of Sales Worldwide

Prior to joining KIKA Medical in 2004, Uwe held clinical, study coordination and sales management jobs at several medical device companies such as Novoste, Orbus International and Spectranetics.
Uwe has spent more than 15 years in the medical device sector, particularly in the vascular field and in heart surgery managing various multi center studies.

Uwe is a graduate biomedical engineer, from the Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and is the author of numerous published scientific papers.

Nicolas Dubost

VP Administration , Finance and Professional Services
Nicolas Dubost joined KIKA in 2002 after 7 years at Boston Scientific Europe, where he served as the CFO for the French affiliate, European Financial Manager and then as Sales Operations Manager in the leading Cardiology business.

Formerly he held management responsibilities as a statutory Auditor during 4 years with the firm Mazars in Germany, and 3 years as an internal consultant with United Technologies Corporation in the UK and internationally. Nicolas earned a French MBAs from the ESCP-EAP and a German Diplom-Kaufman degree from the ESCP / Technische University Berlin.

Benoît S. Lopez

VP Product Marketing and Chief Technology Officer
Benoit Lopez brings extensive technical expertise, skilled leadership, and strategic insight garnered from more than 15 years in the international software industry to his role at KIKA as Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to joining KIKA, Benoit Lopez was Vice President Products at Netonomy, a leader in customer self-service solutions, where he was responsible for product definition and development of the company’s complete software suite, as well as all R&D functions. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Web Intelligence Products with Business Objects, a pioneer in the modern business intelligence (BI) industry. Mr. Lopez has also served as Senior Consultant at PeopleSoft (now Oracle) headquarters in California.

Mr. Lopez holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INSA Lyon) in France.
